To create your own, choose a topic that interests you. It can be anything from fashion and beauty to travel and the news. Once you have your overall theme, you can start brainstorming the content. Just starting? Design a memorable masthead with an equally memorable name. This goes on the cover and sets up the branding for your entire magazine. What style are you going for? Is it playful? Classic? Bold? A good masthead captures the essence of your magazine, so it needs to be flexible, meaningful, and consistent enough for future issues.
A Muslim woman was never made not to explore the business world, our biggest guidance and motivation Khadijah RA is known for taking a successful business and trade across the Silk Road by its helm in a field almost entirely monopolized by men. Societal structures today present their own challenges for women, but it is wholly possible for 21st- century Muslim women to reap the best of both worlds. Just like Hazrat Khadijah RA, women can and should discover their talents and put them to use, even if the odds turn out to be against them. So, yes, women can have it all if they want to, but perhaps it’s time to reconsider what we really mean by ‘all’. Is it stewardship? The return to more moralistic, ethical ways of learning and living? Simplicity? Philanthropy? All, though, can be evidenced one way or another and were empowering traits in the lives of the Ummuhatul Mu’mineen, may Allah be pleased with them and us!
I had a very different definition of confidence earlier, I have never been short of confidence somehow I was always a bottom liner extrovert, I could make strangers friends in a matter of seconds but deep down inside I use to have the fear of validation, validation of friendship, validation of acceptance, through time and experience I understood that the true confidence comes when you are free from the fear of validation and acceptance. Your true potential is only discovered when you let go of being accepted or not in this society. At times when I feel my confidence shaken up. I take a step back, think and reflect that why I am intimidated by a situation or a person, what is my true strength and what difference it would make if this situation or person does not like me or accept me 99% of the time my answer is it will not make any difference and I happily gain back my confidence since I have risen above the fear of acceptance of society.
I was raised by a single working mother, I came from a broken family, A typical male dominated Punjabi family where only a son is the ‘light bearer’ of the family. Hence to get that validation I started working when I was 21 just after marriage, not for the sake of earning or making a life out of it but just to prove that I exist, and I value something. I was passionate young girl in my twenties, as they say that Allah shuts one door and opens many others, same happened to me I got the opportunity to move to Qatar with my husband and life changed. I started my event management company and then there was no turning back, one after another business venture started till date. But the biggest drawback I have always faced is lacking selflove, I have always been too harsh on myself since the need to prove my self was so strongly rooted, I totally ignored the inner voice which was asking for help, that small girl who lacked the affection and love was winning one after another by external factors, but the inner child was still lacking the love which was never felt.
But what I have learned is that one needs to balance the inner trauma first before fighting the outside battles, because then you get exhausted by fighting both at the same time. Because inner strength is one which will give you the fuel to claim outside storms.
I think I am too small to inspire anyone, one thing I noted is if you idealize someone never wishes to meet them like how we love a motive star or a motivational speaker but when we actually meet them and know them closely some part of them disappoints you and the whole image of the hero is shattered. What I always try to imprint in my children is love and empathy. I would cheer for them the hardest when they show empathy towards others more than them winning a gold medal. That’s why the world needs more empathy, love, and compassion.

Global Partner warehousing was established in 2021 as a pandemic baby where I lost all my savings in a private label venture, hoping to win big I lost the smallest assets I had. I had to go through a lot of trauma and failures in exploring the eCommerce world, but the process introduced me to 3pl services and warehousing/ distribution. Starting from my garage, investing all that was left with the help of my guardian angel (my husband) I started a commercial warehouse facility which soon got approved by Amazon and we registered under the Amazon service provider Network (SPN). I feel proud to be the first Asian Pakistani female in Texas to hold a commercial warehousing facility under the Amazon service provider network.
GPW helps small business sellers as an extended hand in the fulfillment, storage, distribution, and expanding their business into the United States. Today we offer storage and fulfillment facilities for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and offline distribution.
