Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your Tech Trip with us. By booking a Tech Trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Booking and Payment:
  • All bookings must be made in advance.
  • Payment for the Tech Trip is required in full at the time of booking.
  • Payment can be made via [payment methods], and confirmation of payment will serve as confirmation of your booking.
  • Cancellation and Refunds:
  • All payments made for the Tech Trip are non-refundable.
  • In the event that you need to cancel your booking, no refund will be provided.
  • Trip Details:
  • The itinerary and details of the Tech Trip will be provided upon booking confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or cancel the Tech Trip in circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
  • Participant Responsibility:
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety during the Tech Trip.
  • Participants are required to comply with all instructions provided by the trip leader and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
  • First Aid:
  • Basic first aid supplies will be provided during the Tech Trip.
  • Participants are responsible for informing trip leaders of any medical conditions or allergies in advance.
  • Liability:
  • We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the Tech Trip.
  • Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Personal Belongings:
  • Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the Tech Trip.
  • We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Behavior:
  • Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow participants, trip leaders, and any third parties encountered during the Tech Trip.
  • We reserve the right to remove participants from the Tech Trip if their behavior is deemed unacceptable, without any refund.
  • Photography and Media:
  • We may take photographs or videos during the Tech Trip for promotional purposes. By participating in the Tech Trip, you consent to the use of your image in such materials.
  • By booking a Tech Trip with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
