Kamran Rizvi, a visionary entrepreneur and leadership development expert, returned to Pakistan in 1991 after over two decades in the UK, founding KZR to enhance the human factor in organizations. As the Co-Founder, Senior Consultant, Executive Coach, and Lead Trainer at Carnelian, and a mentor at the School of Leadership, he brings a wealth of cross-cultural management and leadership experience.
