He completed his Master’s degree in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) in 2015, equipping himself with technical knowledge that would later help him build a successful career in the digital world.
Rizwan’s freelancing journey began when he created his account on the platform Fiverr.
His early experience was remarkable. Within just two days, he received his first order. Soon afterward, he found a client from the United Kingdom who placed ten consecutive orders, one per day.
At the time, Rizwan was working as a GIS Engineer in a government office in Saudi Arabia, while managing freelancing work part-time.
His dedication and consistent performance helped him grow rapidly on the platform.
In 2020, Rizwan decided to transition into full-time freelancing.
However, his journey was not without obstacles. At one point, his Fiverr account was temporarily banned due to a dispute with a difficult client. The platform informed him that he could only complete existing orders before losing access to the account.
Instead of giving up, Rizwan contacted customer support and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. After 14 days, the problem was resolved and his account was restored.
Today, he is a Pro-verified Level 2 seller on Fiverr and operates an agency account, continuing to serve clients globally.
Alongside Fiverr, Rizwan expanded his freelancing presence on Upwork in 2020.
His expertise and professionalism helped him build long-term relationships with international clients. Over time, he achieved Top Rated Seller status, reflecting the quality of his work and client satisfaction.
He continues striving to reach Top Rated Plus status, one of the highest recognitions on the platform.
Building on his freelancing success, Rizwan founded his own software company DevioTech on August 5, 2020.
