Mahnoor Jamil is an internationally trained cybersecurity researcher and Founder & CEO of Cys.AI Solutions, a startup funded by Ignite and the Ministry of IT & Telecom Pakistan for global representation in Dubai. An Erasmus Mundus scholar with studies in Turkey and North Macedonia, she is a global speaker on Women in Tech, Cybersecurity, and AI, mentoring 500+ women and advancing secure digital innovation.

An Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s scholar in Cybersecurity, Mahnoor studied at Kadir Has University (Turkey) and Ss. Cyril and Methodius University (North Macedonia), gaining cross-border expertise in secure systems and responsible AI. Her academic excellence recently earned her a PhD position at Slovenia’s largest research institute, alongside recognition as a Star Alumna of Bahria University.
Mahnoor actively contributes to global tech communities as a member of the GDG Live Community and Growth Lead at PWiC. She has been invited to speak at international platforms including Growth Summit II by Connected Pakistan, Huawei Developer Group Istanbul, and Google-led initiatives focused on Women in Tech, Cybersecurity, and AI. Through these engagements and her mentorship efforts, she has supported more than 500 women in accessing global opportunities within technology.
Her work bridges research, entrepreneurship, and advocacy driving secure digital transformation while championing diversity and responsible leadership in technology.
