In Pakistan, Ibtisam played a pivotal role in mobilizing more than 30,000 students across 100+ campuses, fostering sustainability-driven startup thinking. Under his leadership, the initiative has impacted over 100,000 students, activated 1,000+ campus teams, and expanded to 150+ universities in Pakistan and 15 in Kenya.
Beyond numbers, his real impact lies in ecosystem building. He has worked extensively to promote startup culture in rural universities, bridging the gap between urban and underserved institutions. Through structured mentorship, funding access, leadership development, and industry collaborations, he has enabled students from diverse backgrounds to transform ideas into scalable ventures.
