Ayesha is a visionary strategic leader and Founder of Skills Todo and Skills Gala, Pakistan’s largest event on IT skills and job opportunities. Currently serving as Chief Coordinator for DFDI Secretariat Pakistan, she has also led innovation programs at National Aerospace Science and Technology Park. Through Pakistan Tech Forum and global partnerships, she actively promotes tech skills development and international IT trade for Pakistan.

 About Ayesha Zaman

Ayesha is a dynamic strategic leader, entrepreneur, and impact-driven ecosystem builder working at the intersection of technology, skills development, and international collaboration. She currently serves as the Chief Coordinator for DFDI Secretariat Pakistan, playing a key role in strengthening Pakistan’s digital investment and innovation landscape.

Previously, she served as the General Manager of National Aerospace Science and Technology Park (CoWork @NASTP), a flagship national initiative recognized by the Government of Pakistan as a project of strategic national importance and led by the Pakistan Air Force.


Ayesha is the Founder of Skills Todo, a technology training and placement company that equips youth with future-ready skills, and the Founder of Skills Gala, Pakistan’s largest event focused on IT skills, job opportunities, and digital talent development. Through these initiatives, she has collaborated with major organizations including Punjab Information Technology Board, Meta, Microsoft, British Council, and Pakistan Engineering Council to drive large-scale skill development programs.


As Co-Founder of Pakistan Tech Forum, she works to increase Pakistan’s IT exports by connecting the local tech sector with international markets through technology trade missions and global business facilitation. Her leadership has successfully led Pakistan’s first tech delegation to Malaysia in 2023 and another high-impact delegation to Singapore in 2024.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Ayesha is also the founder of Women Leaders of Pakistan, a closed community bringing together women in leadership roles across sectors, and a co-founder of Bridge, a community-driven co-working space in Lahore designed to support entrepreneurs and innovators.


Her global recognition includes being featured by Facebook as an inspiring woman entrepreneur, selected by Payoneer among nine inspiring professional women globally, and receiving the Women Excellence Award from the Government of Punjab. She also represented Pakistan at the Young Emerging Leaders in Business Summit in Russia and became a TechWomen fellow in 2022, completing mentorship in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.

A passionate advocate for youth empowerment, Ayesha frequently speaks at leading universities across Pakistan and continues to inspire the next generation through entrepreneurship, innovation, and global collaboration.
