Ayesha Naeem is Manager at SparkTank, a Beaconhouse initiative and Pakistan’s first youth-focused incubation program for ages 10–19. With prior leadership roles at PITB’s NEP-NIC and Plan9, and as Co-Founder & CTO of MAKSOL Digital Solutions, she blends engineering expertise with ecosystem building to empower young innovators and early-stage founders.
Ayesha Naeem is a passionate ecosystem builder and innovation leader currently serving as Manager at SparkTank, a flagship initiative of the Beaconhouse Group and Pakistan’s first youth-focused incubation program designed for aspiring entrepreneurs aged 10–19.
At SparkTank, she plays a vital role in nurturing the next generation of innovators by designing structured incubation pathways, mentorship programs, and entrepreneurial learning experiences tailored specifically for young minds. Her work reflects a strong belief that innovation has no age limit — only opportunity.
Prior to this, Ayesha served as an Incubation Manager with Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), where she contributed to major national initiatives including the National Expansion Plan of NICs (NEP-NIC) and Plan9. In these roles, she supported founders across regions, strengthened startup communities, and played an active part in ecosystem development and capacity building.
Her entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding MAKSOL Digital Solutions, where she served as CTO, leading digital strategy and technical execution. She also gained hands-on industry experience with multiple marketing firms, including AClan, a startup operating under PITB.
Ayesha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, a foundation that shaped her analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset as she transitioned into the digital marketing and startup ecosystem.
Through her leadership, Ayesha continues to empower youth, strengthen entrepreneurial networks, and champion innovation-led growth in Pakistan.
